This hydraulic hose from SRAM with silver banjo is suitable for many four-piston models and a small number of 2 piston models.

The banjo connection allows you to adjust the hose angle at the brake caliper and shorten the hose at the lever end if necessary. Use it with mineral oil, DOT 4 or DOT 5.1 depending on your brake model.
