All new Shimano XT Di2 Wireless Kit for 12 speed.

It has been a long time in creation but is is finally here and available. We are lucky to have a limited number of upgrade kits available to make an upgrade easy. M8250-SGS derailleur is compatible with existing 10-51T 12 speed cassettes. Remove existing mechanical shifter, derailleur and cable, then install new Di2.

The kit includes the following components:

Rear Derailleur: RD-M8250-SGS

With built-in Automatic Crash Recovery, an impact-deflecting shape, and simple covered-pulley solutions, this derailleur stands up to harsh trail impacts and still retains its lightning-quick shifting speed and top-level performance.

• A wide link structure, skid-plate design, durable plate and solid pulley add robustness and longevity. 
• A new automatic impact recovery function instantly returns the derailleur motor to its original position after impact. 
• A slimmer, stronger evolution of Shimano’s pioneering chain-stabilizing Shadow concept. 
• Wireless Di2 paired with HYPERGLIDE+ technology result in smooth, precise and instantaneous shifts. 
• The new wedge shape of Shimano’s most survivable rear derailleur to-date avoids more direct impacts, and smoothly glances off rocks if there is a hit.
• Tucked safely inside an enclosed space, the battery won’t budge even in rough terrain, while remaining completely removable for charging.

Shifter: SW-M8250

The new shifter feels instantly natural out of the box, but can also be molded to fit any hand, thanks to its familiar fit and evolved adjustability design. Multiple shift modes, like hold-down multi-shift, tactile click-through double shift, or locked-out single shift, deliver top precision, while a tunable third button allows for additional system tuning or third-party connection.

• Familiar fit and multi-axis adjustability make this Shimano’s most natural-feeling shifter yet. 
• Precise, lightning-quick wireless shifting activated by Shimano’s most adjustable, customizable, and satisfyingly tactile shifting switch.
• Assign a function to the programmable third button through the E-tube app, with full switch and e-bike customization.
• Tech-packed, with a four-way adjust, two-step double shift or hold down multi-shift, rubber traction pad, I-SPEC EV clamp band and single/double mode converter. 

Battery: BT-DN320

Full wireless technology means an all-new Battery. The BT-DN320 fits snuggly and protected within the new Wireless XT Rear Derailleur and powers the fast and smooth shifting XT is known for.

• Tucked safely inside an enclosed space, the battery won’t budge even in rough terrain, while remaining completely removable for charging.
• Provides more riding on one charge.
