The Shimano FC-R9200 crankset efficiently converts the power you put into your Dura-Ace 2x12-speed road bike groupset into propulsion.

It weighs about 20 grams less than the Ultegra model and meets all your requirements for stiffness and stability thanks to the Hollowtech II design. You also benefit from the precise and fast shifting processes you are used to from Shimano drives.

The crank arms are hollow-formed, as is the large chainring, which is partly made of carbon, resulting in significant weight savings. Apart from the axle, all essential parts were made of lightweight metal.

• Hollowtech II: The high rigidity of the crankset ensures efficient power transmission when pedalling, while its low weight relieves the rider, especially over longer distances. Hollowtech technology enables extremely lightweight, hollow crankarms, manufactured using Shimano's exclusive forging technology, to achieve maximum stiffness. In addition, with the Hollowtech II crankset the right crank is firmly connected to the axle of the bottom bracket, achieving an optimum balance between maximum stiffness and minimum weight.
• Hollowglide: Hollow outer chainring: The extremely stiff hollow structure reduces the weight while maintaining the same strength. Better power transmission and faster, more precise front shifts.
