This right-side lever offers a more affordable 1x12-speed wireless shifting option, ideal for budget-conscious riders. It features SHIMANO’s precise shifting, combined with powerful and predictable braking performance.

The ST-RX715-R lever ergonomics can be customized using the Reach Adjust functionality to find your perfect fit. Once set to your personal preferences, the ST-RX715-R lever delivers long-lasting, worry-free performance thanks to its extensive battery life (up to 4 years), utilizing easy-to-change CR1632 batteries.

Bottom line, the GRX RX717 lineup continues SHIMANO’s commitment to making gravel-specific performance more accessible to every rider. By blending more options with SHIMANO’s legendary Di2 electronic shifting technology, these new components deliver a worry-free experience for more gravel riders. Like all Shimano electronic Di2 systems, the RX717 derailleur and RX715 DUAL CONTROL lever are compatible with SHIMANO’s easy-to-use E-TUBE application. When paired, it allows you to choose your preferred shifting speed, customize shift buttons, and update rear derailleur firmware.

The flat-mount brake calipers provide excellent brake control, improved modulation and faster conversion of inputs. It is built more compact than its predecessor and has 10% more space for the brake pads, which reduces noise. The caliper is made of lightweight aluminium, has two brake pistons made of synthetic resin and a straight hose connection. The brake is supplied with a shift cable, cable housing, brake hose and organic pads with Ice-Tech cooling fins for heat dissipation. Of course, it is also compatible with sintered pads and can be combined with brake rotors from 140 to 180mm (adapters may be required)
