This is a universal adapter for mounting luggage racks where integrated frame mounts do not allow normal fitting. An ideal option to use with Ortlieb Quick Rack's where rack use is not required daily. Of course the axle functions well for standard bolt fitting racks too.  

There is a 26kg maximum weight limit and it is not to be used with child seats.
